Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need prior gardening experience?
No. Our Beginner track assumes zero background and teaches fundamentals such as light, water, soil, and container sizing before moving to plant selection and maintenance routines.
What materials and tools are required?
We provide a detailed checklist per course. Expect basic hand tools, pH strips or a meter, and containers. We do not sell equipment; you choose vendors aligned with your budget and space.
How do refunds and rescheduling work?
For live cohorts, you can reschedule up to 72 hours prior to the first session. Refunds follow our Terms. Self-paced modules are refundable within 7 days if less than 15% of content is completed.
Are the courses suitable for balconies with strong wind?
Yes—Balcony Botanics and Rooftop Harvest emphasize wind buffering with plant choice, trellising, and anchoring strategies, plus irrigation controls that prevent dry-outs.
How much time should I budget each week?
Most learners dedicate 2–4 hours weekly. Intensives compress learning into focused weekends with optional office hours for feedback.
Do you cover hydroponics and indoor lighting?
Absolutely. Our hydroponics sequence covers nutrient management, reservoirs, airflow, and safe electrical practices for small apartments.
Is there a certificate?
Yes. Upon successful completion of assessments, you’ll receive a Crestforge Atelier certificate of mastery outlining competencies demonstrated.
Can I get personalized feedback?
Yes. Premium tiers include one-on-one coaching sessions. You can also book ad-hoc consultations via the Contact page.
Do you offer team training for buildings or community groups?
We do. We tailor sessions for residential buildings and community leaders. Reach out via Contact to scope your needs.
